'Beyond the Salon' is an interactive workshop led by Kristen 'K.C' Colemon, a well-experienced beauty professional with almost 9 years in the industry. K.C is a licensed hair stylist, makeup artist, fashion and wardrobe stylist, creative director, executive director, beauty educator, and author. The workshop aims to teach participants about different genres in the beauty industry and how to use social media and community to gain clientele, cultivate their audience with their unique brand, and turn inspiration photos into portfolio-worthy shots. Light refreshments will be provided, and location information will be sent to attendees two days prior to the event. So, come out and network with other like-minded creatives in your area!
